Shameless (Franchise)

Shameless is an American comedy-drama series developed by John Wells that aired on Showtime from 2011 to 2021, following the chaotic lives of the Gallagher family on Chicago’s South Side. Adapted from Paul Abbott’s British series of the same name, the show became Showtime’s longest-running scripted original series after its ninth season premiered. The series concluded with its eleventh and final season in 2021, along with the companion clip show *Shameless: Hall of Shame*.
