What?!? Starfox and the Eternals Are Coming To The MCU

Starfox and the Eternals Movie

It should come as no surprise that Starfox looks to have been cast in the upcoming Eternals movie. It was reported by That Hashtag Show that Chloe Zhao’s Eternals looks to include Starfox and a whole plethora of other cosmic characters. These include Piper, Gilgamesh, Sersi, Ikaris, Thena, Zuras, and Elysius. Although there doesn’t appear to have been a mention of the name Starfox, the report clearly states the name Eros. And for anybody who does not know, Eros is Starfox.

If there’s truth to this, look out. What makes this so remarkable is that with the inclusion of Eros, Thanos may not be far behind. And why? Eros is the brother to Thanos.

If this doesn’t seem logical, remember this.

Depending on what time period Eternals is made in (Captain Marvel’s movie is well before the present day) Thanos could logically appear in the Eternals movie. Adding to this is that Thanos is the offshoot of the Eternals known as the Deviants. This may mean that the Eternals could be a Thanos prequel movie that explains who, what, and how he came to be as is he is.

Eternals vs Deviants

The comics explain the races like this:

Thanos is a member of a prestigious race of beings known as Deviants. The Deviants stem from the Eternals who are perfect beings created by the Celestials. The Celestials are the highest order and power in the Marvel Universe. Deviants, while similar to Eternals in nearly every aspect, lack their appearance. The Eternals have a perfect exterior and the Deviants are often misshapen and gruesome. Due to this, Deviants are often cast aside.

Kevin Feige has said on more than one occasion that the MCU is heading out to explore the cosmos. With Guardians of the Galaxy on a semi-permanent hold, the Eternals allows Marvel Studios to move full steam ahead without letting what they’ve already accomplished fall to the wayside.

Or all of this could all be a bunch of bullshit. Remember, the Eternals is in its infancy and could go more changes than a new born baby.

Cheers,

Joel
