Peacock’s breakout reality competition series has built a devoted following since first premiering back in 2023, blending deception, strategy, and just enough chaos to keep audiences hooked season after season. Each new cycle of “The Traitors” has leaned on a fresh mix of celebrities and reality TV veterans, all thrown together inside a Scottish castle to compete in a high-stakes game of murder and manipulation.

That formula has proven so successful that Peacock recently expanded the franchise even further, ordering three additional seasons of the flagship celebrity edition while also launching “The Traitors: New Blood,” an all-civilian spinoff that debuted on NBC just one day before this latest announcement. With that milestone freshly behind them, the network wasted little time revealing exactly who will be checking into Ardross Castle next.

Peacock has officially unveiled the cast for Season 6 of “The Traitors,” bringing together Kristin Chenoweth, Casey Wilson, Dominic Monaghan, Taylor Hale, Whitney Leavitt, Cynthia Bailey, Gizelle Bryant, Michele Fitzgerald, Bianca Del Rio, and “Love Island” narrator Iain Stirling among the 23 competitors set to enter the game. Longtime host Alan Cumming announced the lineup Friday through a YouTube roundtable, confirming he’ll once again oversee the castle’s missions, banishments, and dramatic endgame ceremonies.

Rounding out the full cast are Q Burdette, Rachel Robinson, Johnny Sibilly, Boman Martinez-Reid, Bronwyn Newport, Chloe Kim, Cody Simpson, Craig Conover, Emira D’Spain, Jag Bains, JaNa Craig, Joey Graziadei, and Rashad Jennings, giving Season 6 a genuinely eclectic mix of personalities. That lineup pulls from reality TV staples like “Survivor,” “The Challenge,” “Big Brother,” and “The Real Housewives” franchise, alongside athletes, musicians, and established entertainment names.

Chenoweth stands out as one of the biggest Hollywood names in the group, bringing her Broadway and film pedigree from projects like “Wicked,” “Pushing Daisies,” and “Schmigadoon!” into the castle’s cutthroat social dynamics. Taylor Hale also returns to the reality competition world after making history as the first Black woman to win “Big Brother,” while Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim adds an athletic dimension to a cast otherwise dominated by entertainment and reality personalities.

Cumming’s return as host arrives fresh off his third consecutive Emmy win for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program at the 2026 Emmy Awards, cementing his status as one of the defining faces of the American version of the franchise. His continued presence has become a central selling point for the show, with fans consistently praising his theatrical flair for orchestrating each season’s twists and betrayals.

“The Traitors” is produced by Studio Lambert, with executive producers Stephen Lambert, Mike Cotton, Sam Rees-Jones, Rosie Franks, Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Darrell Olsen, and Cumming himself all attached to the project. The American version, based on the original Dutch format “De Verraders,” first premiered in January 2023 and has steadily grown into one of Peacock’s flagship reality franchises.

With three additional seasons already locked in beyond this upcoming installment, Peacock is clearly betting on “The Traitors” remaining a long-term cornerstone of its unscripted programming lineup. Season 6 is expected to premiere sometime in 2027, though Peacock has not yet announced an exact premiere date for the new season.

Given how consistently strong casting has driven the show’s popularity season after season, this latest lineup’s blend of Broadway royalty, reality TV mainstays, and pop culture personalities suggests Peacock is once again aiming to deliver the same unpredictable chemistry that’s made “The Traitors” such a reliable hit. Fans eager to see how this new group navigates the castle’s treachery will simply need to wait for an official premiere date.
