Charlie Cox Meeting & Posing With a Mini Daredevil Is the Sweetest Fan Moment You’ll See Today

Charlie Cox had an adorable moment with a young fan during Washington State Summer Con, and it’s now winning hearts online. The actor, known for playing Matt Murdock in the MCU, met a little boy dressed in a homemade-style Daredevil costume, just like the one Matt wore in the early days of his vigilante journey.
The two posed for a photo, and the video quickly spread on social media, with fans calling it one of the sweetest moments from the event.

Cox has become a fan favorite since Daredevil: Born Again launched its first season. His version of the character has connected with people of all ages, and this recent moment showed just how much love fans have for him, and how much he clearly enjoys meeting them.
The excitement around Cox is only growing with the second season of Daredevil: Born Again in production. The new episodes will follow Matt Murdock as he tries to take down Wilson Fisk, who’s now the mayor of New York City. Fisk has formed an Anti-Vigilante Task Force, making life even harder for street-level heroes like Daredevil.
The show is being produced by Marvel Studios under its Marvel Television label. Dario Scardapane is the showrunner, with directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead handling the first episodes. Other directors for the season include Solvan Naim, Iain B. MacDonald, and Angela Barnes. The season is set to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026 and will have eight episodes.
The returning cast includes familiar faces like Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, and Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson. Sadly, Foggy was killed off in Season 1, but he will still appear in some way. Wilson Bethel returns as Dex, also known as Bullseye, and Jon Bernthal is back as Frank Castle, aka the Punisher.
Krysten Ritter is also stepping into the story as Jessica Jones. According to Charlie Cox, “She and Matt don’t always agree, but there’s a lot of respect between them.” This marks her return to the Marvel world since her original Netflix series.
Production started in February 2025 and is expected to continue until July. The team behind the show has said that things are moving more smoothly now, after the original plan for an 18-episode season was changed. That episode count was split into two separate seasons to help make the story tighter and easier to manage.
