The film is directed by Matt Shakman and stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn as the famous Marvel team.

This version takes a fresh approach, setting the story in a cool retro-futuristic 1960s world. The team takes on Galactus, played by Ralph Ineson, in a story that mixes science, space, and a lot of emotion.

Now that the movie is out in theaters worldwide, fans have been talking a lot online about what they loved. Many people praised how well the actors worked together.

The team felt like a real family, which really clicked with viewers. The visuals also got a lot of love, especially in IMAX. A bunch of fans said the scenes with Galactus looked amazing, and the black hole moment was a big favorite.

Pedro Pascal’s take on Reed Richards surprised a lot of people. Some fans weren’t sure about the casting at first, but they said he won them over fast. Vanessa Kirby’s Sue Storm was a standout too. Many called her performance powerful and emotional. Julia Garner’s Shalla-Bal and Ralph Ineson’s Galactus also got a lot of shout-outs. Some viewers said they were really memorable. One moment about motherhood left a big impact, with some fans saying it made them cry.

The whole look and feel of the movie made an impression. People liked the 1960s style and how the music and visuals brought it to life. Even though a few fans pointed out small CGI problems, they said it didn’t ruin anything.

The movie wraps up with a post-credits scene that has fans buzzing. It hints at what’s coming next in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it’s got people excited again. One fan wrote on social media, “the MCU is so back, baby!”

All the feedback and numbers are coming from Rotten Tomatoes and fan reactions shared across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit. For now, it looks like The Fantastic Four: First Steps is a big win for Marvel.

It was amazing seeing in IMAX 3D! when you could see how huge Galactus is! Glad to see him as a villain! Many cool scenes from all the cast, especially in the black hole scene! that was crazy! I love the chemistry of all the cast members as well! and it made me cry at the mothers love story. Can’t wait for Doomsday!

This was the best CGI in every Marvel movie. The CGI was phenomenal. The beginning was really good and then that ending we seen that in the other movies, but that post credit scene was fired

the MCU is Sooooo Back baby!! There was only one issue I had and that was some minimal CGI blunders besides that this was a true form of marvel we’ve been missing. the cast is wonderful, my skepticism of Pedro as Reed went all out the window in the first 10 mins of the film. Vanessa Kirby was and is the only Sue, she was the breakout star alongside Ralph Ineson as Galactus and Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal. Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm is superb and Joseph Quinn as Johnny was perfectly casted, the entire family element worked and you could tell they all got along and enjoyed making this Fantastic Four.

Great film with amazing soundtrack and effects! The atmosphere of 60s gives a surprising dive into interesting plot with highlighted values as meaning of family, courage and action. Vey good cast, especially Doctor Reed and Silver Surfer. And don’t stand after titles, there is a very good surprise waiting for you…

The Fantastic Four movie was genuinely enjoyable. As a standalone film, it held up really well. The chemistry between the team was strong, and I loved each of the actors in their roles. Ben and Johnny were especially fun to watch, though I do wish they had more screen time together. Pedro Pascal surprised me as Reed Richards—I was initially unsure about his casting, but he delivered a solid performance. Vanessa Kirby was fantastic as Sue Storm, bringing strength and heart to the character. Visually, the film was stunning. Galactus was a highlight—massive, intimidating, and portrayed with a real sense of danger and suspense. They absolutely nailed his presence on screen. The Silver Surfer was decent; she had some intense moments, especially with her ability to phase through objects and people, which made her feel genuinely threatening at times. If anything, I just wish the movie had been a bit longer. While the post-credit scene clearly sets up Avengers: Doomsday, I was hoping for a little more payoff in this film itself—but that might just be me.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps is now playing in theaters everywhere, and if early reactions are any sign, Marvel might just have a new classic on their hands.
