First-Ever LEGO ‘Dragon Ball Z’ Set Reportedly Leaked, Teasing Long-Awaited Crossover Release
Reports suggest that LEGO may finally be preparing its first official Dragon Ball Z set, marking a long-requested collaboration between the toy giant and one of the most popular anime franchises in the world. According to multiple LEGO leak sources, the first release could arrive later this year, with additional sets possibly following in 2027.
The information comes from LEGO community leakers, including Brick Built Blogs, which recently shared details in a YouTube Short. These reports claim that Dragon Ball Z is being added to LEGO’s growing lineup of licensed properties, following successful expansions into franchises like One Piece and Pokémon. While LEGO has not officially confirmed anything, the leaks have already sparked strong interest among fans.
At the center of the rumored release is a Dragon Ball Z Shenron Diorama set. According to the leak, this would be the first-ever LEGO Dragon Ball Z product, acting as a debut entry into a much larger theme. The set is reportedly scheduled for release on November 1, 2026.
The leaked specifications claim the set will contain around 1,760 pieces and retail for approximately $199.99. As with all early leaks, these details remain unconfirmed by The LEGO Group, and final design elements could still change before any official announcement.
If the information is accurate, the set will feature Shenron, the iconic dragon summoned by the Dragon Balls, as the main build. It is also said to include a Young Goku minifigure, along with Dragon Balls and Nimbus cloud elements. The combination suggests a display-focused model aimed at collectors rather than a standard playset.
The Shenron diorama is being described by leakers as a centerpiece-style build, designed for display rather than action play. That approach would align with LEGO’s recent strategy for adult collector sets tied to major franchises.
Beyond this first rumored release, additional reports suggest that LEGO is planning a wider Dragon Ball Z theme rollout in 2027. According to the same leak sources, the Shenron set would act as the starting point for a broader wave of sets based on characters, battles, and locations from the series. However, these claims remain speculative, and no official product line has been confirmed.
LEGO has been steadily increasing its focus on anime-inspired collaborations in recent years, and Dragon Ball Z has long been one of the most requested franchises among fans. The potential arrival of an official set would mark a significant milestone for both LEGO collectors and anime enthusiasts.
For now, all details remain based on leaks from LEGO community sources, and no official announcement has been made by LEGO or Toei Animation. If confirmed, however, the Shenron Diorama could become one of the most anticipated crossover sets of 2026.
