The poster itself leans heavily into atmosphere over spectacle. It depicts Doctor Doom from behind, cloaked in his signature green and standing before an ornate golden mural showing a cloaked, angelic figure cradling a child, with the film’s release date branded across the bottom in place of a traditional villain reveal.
Robert Downey Jr. shared the artwork himself, pairing it with a caption that instantly became the moment’s defining line.
