Netflix Challenges Theme Parks with New Immersive Experience Centers in Philadelphia, Dallas, and Vegas

Netflix is set to launch Netflix House, a groundbreaking fan experience that lets visitors step into the worlds of their favorite shows and movies. The first locations will open in Philadelphia’s King of Prussia Mall and Dallas’ Galleria Dallas in late 2025, with a third planned for the Las Vegas Strip in 2027.
Spanning over 100,000 square feet each, these venues will offer interactive adventures, themed dining, and exclusive merchandise tied to popular Netflix titles like Stranger Things, Squid Game, Wednesday, One Piece, and A Knives Out Mystery.
The Philadelphia site will feature a Wednesday-inspired adventure, Eve of the Outcasts, where a school carnival turns into a dark, game-filled journey. One Piece fans can race to find a mysterious Devil Fruit while evading villains.
In Dallas, visitors can explore Stranger Things’ Creel House in Escape the Dark, hunting for missing townsfolk while dodging dangers, or test their skills in Squid Game’s Survive the Trials, facing the Front Man in intense challenges. Both locations will include Netflix Virtuals for virtual reality games, a high-tech nine-hole mini-golf course tied to Netflix shows, and TUDUM Theater for screenings, trivia nights, and guest events.
Marian Lee, Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer, described the vision: “Finally, a place where the Netflix story you can’t get enough of becomes something real that you can play, shop, and taste. This is fandom coming to life, where you can actually step inside the worlds you’ve been watching and loving for years — whether going on an epic adventure with the Straw Hats, taking a journey into Hawkins, Indiana, or grabbing a cocktail inspired by your latest obsession.” She noted that experiences will rotate regularly to keep visits fresh.
Dining options include Netflix Bites, a restaurant serving dishes and cocktails inspired by Netflix characters and stories. Shops will sell exclusive, ever-changing merchandise. Netflix RePLAY in Dallas offers a game room with physical challenges and retro-style games for group fun.
Netflix is also hiring staff for both locations, offering jobs immersed in worlds featuring characters like Eleven, Wednesday Addams, and Young-hee. Fans can sign up for updates and early access at netflixhouse.com.
Netflix House sounds like a thrilling way to bring streaming to life, offering fans a chance to live inside their favorite stories. The mix of immersive adventures, themed food, and rotating experiences could set a new standard for fan engagement, though I hope the venues stay accessible and don’t lean too heavily on premium pricing.
