Rob Liefeld Gives a Spoiler-free ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Review: “The ********** fight”

Deadpool Wolverine Plot Cast Release Date Everything We Know So Far

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is certainly one of the releases this year that is meant to kickstart great things. First, the movie is Deadpool’s first foray into the MCU, something that fans have been asking for, well, since the MCU existed. Second, it’s part of a new strategy that aims to restore at least some of the faith that fans had in the franchise and in the studio.

Everything from cameos to jokes and action has been designed with fans in mind, it’s definitely a sign that MCU is starting to realize that a lot of projects don’t equal happy fans, especially if the quality of writing and acting, in general, are on a subpar level. This is why ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the only Marvel Studios cinematic release this year so that fans can be sure that profits are not always a priority.

Even before the first trailers were released, the people who saw the movie or parts of it, praised it as “saving the MCU” from the effects of the superhero fatigue. Now after the second trailer has been released, Rob Liefeld, the creator of Deadpool himself gave us a spoiler-free review of the movie, giving it high praise and bringing to life some serious claims.

Liefeld called ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ the best comic book movie of all times and said that the movie has the best action since ‘Winter Soldier.’

While Liefeld is certainly at least a bit biased, we won’t hold it against him.

In the movie, Deadpool is set to return to his crime-fighting tendencies after he is recruited by the TVA to stop his reality from collapsing. Wade will attempt to talk Wolverine into helping him, but judging by the trailer Wolverine will be more than reluctant. The movie will introduce Cassandra Nova to the MCU as the primary villain as well as continue the Multiversal Theme of the MCU.

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is scheduled to be released on July 26, 2024, as part of Phase Five of the MCU.
