Galactus would win in a fight against Scarlet Witch. He is infinitely more powerful than Wanda due to wielding the so-called Power Cosmic. Wanda has some pretty menacing reality-altering powers, and she can affect probability, but Galactus is a cosmic being on a completely different level, and I’m not sure whether Scarlet Witch would be able to affect him. He is also more intelligent, faster, stronger, and more durable than Scarlet Witch. Galactus would win against Scarlet Witch in any scenario, even when he is starved.

Powers and abilities
For a good reason, Galactus holds the title of one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe. He commands Power Cosmic, a source of extremely potent energy that grants him near-omnipotence. With Power Cosmic, Galactus can manipulate almost all known forms of energy and project destructive blasts that are capable of annihilating entire universes.
He destroys planets casually by devouring them since they are the only energy source capable of sustaining him. He can warp reality. He can transmute molecules and alter the structure, shape, and nature of almost any object he encounters. As far as everything goes, Galactus is simply unmatched when it comes to Marvel characters that are not in the “cosmic” category.
Scarlet Witch is extremely powerful, and even if she is not “Devourer of Worlds,” she can brag about the title of the so-called “Nexus Being.” As a Nexus Being, Wanda is the Universe’s focal point for various potent energies, and she can likewise affect probability, as every choice she makes is directly connected to the flow of probability in her Universe. She can manipulate and utilize almost all forms of magic, most commonly highly destructive “Chaos Magic.” Scarlet Witch is most famous for altering probability and reality. Her greatest feat was seen during the House of M storyline when she drastically reduced the Earth’s population of Mutants by simply uttering the words “no more mutants.”
Wanda is powerful, but since Galactus is a necessary force of nature, we’re not sure to what extent he would be affected by Wanda’s powers. Her magic and reality-altering skills seem like cheap parlor tricks when compared to what Galactus can dish out. This point goes to him.

Strength and Stamina
In terms of raw strength, Galactus’ strength is incalculable. He can lift well over 100 tons with his physical capabilities, depending on how much he’s fed recently. Since his lifting strength is immeasurable, we can only assume that blows dealt by him can split planets in two. The same goes for his Stamina. If he is well-fed, he can fight for an infinite amount of time. Even when starved, he can exert himself for long periods without suffering the same consequences as regular humans.
Scarlet Witch was never known for her physical strength. She is, at best, capable of lifting her own body weight. She was never known to be a brawler, and quite frankly, it’s not like she needs raw strength when she engages in fights. She can always rely on her vast magic to come out on top. Wanda can enhance her strength and stamina with magic to some extent, but there are limits to that, and she certainly doesn’t come even near to Galactus’ levels.

Galactus can move at speeds faster than the speed of light, it’s his default mode of travel, and while flying through the cosmos, he resembles a shooting star. His incredible speeds are needed because he constantly searches for new planets to devour. He can likewise teleport and possesses fast enough reflexes to warp space-time. It’s surprising, considering his size. Galactus can also teleport and open various portals if needed.
Wanda’s speed can be described as normal. She is limited to her human physiology when it comes to this aspect. However, she can levitate by utilizing her magic and opening portals, which makes travel easier, but combat, not so much.

Durability
Galactus is nearly indestructible. He could reform himself if he were to die and heal completely from damage dealt to him by even the most powerful beings in the entire existence. He has been killed before (He is currently dead, killed by Thor), but his will is strong enough, and he always manages to reform himself.
It’s theorized that Galactus cannot be destroyed completely because he is a cosmic constant, something needed to preserve the Universe’s balance. But regarding his durability, there are only a few things that can even scrape the surface of Galactus, and there are only fewer things capable of seriously injuring and killing him.
Scarlet Witch doesn’t have superhuman durability, but she can heal herself and protect herself by generating force fields. She is known to be a “glass canon” her damage output potential is incredible, but it is relatively easy to kill her if she doesn’t have her magic at her disposal. If someone were to attack her when she can’t protect herself through magical means, it’s quite possible that she would die from the same amount of damage as any regular being.

Galactus is considered to be omniscient. He achieved cosmic awareness and can understand even the most bizarre phenomena he encountered during his extremely long existence. Galactus is considered among the smartest minds in the known Universe, and his knowledge of technology, natural laws, reality, past, present, and future are unparalleled. Franklin Richards himself was extremely impressed by the technology at Galactus’ ship. It would likely take him several lifetimes to understand something that Galactus can understand in seconds.
Scarlet Witch is not a genius, but she is highly informed and educated when it comes to matters related to the occult and magic. She also has vast experience and is a skilled strategist. Still, this doesn’t warrant her a point in this intelligence contest since Galactus would easily outsmart her.

Combat Skills
Galactus has no formal training in combat, and he really doesn’t rely on him to get things done. He is so overpowered brawling means nothing to him, and let’s face it, hand-to-hand combatants are really not a threat to him.
On the other hand, Wanda received formal combat training from some of the best fighters in the Marvel Universe, such as Captain America and Hawkeye. She is far from being a master combatant, but if she and Galactus engaged in a battle without their magic and energy-based abilities, Wanda would come out victorious. This point goes to her.

Galactus is more powerful than Scarlet Witch. He outclasses her in every single category (save for combat skills), and the fight between the two would likely end up in a horrible defeat for Wanda. He is stronger, faster, more durable, and more intelligent than her, and don’t even get us started on his extra powers and abilities. Galactus is a cosmic constant, Wanda is too, in a way, but he simply overpowers her.
