‘Secrets of the Silent Witch’ Reveals New Cast Member as Elliott Howard’s Voice Actor is Confirmed

Matsuri Isora started the Secrets of the Silent Witch novel series in 2020 and it quickly evolved into a light novel series in 2021. Since then, nine main (and one special) volumes of the ongoing series have been released.

The series will be getting an anime adaptation later this year. It is set for a July 2025 release, and until then, we will be reporting on all the news and updates related to the upcoming anime.

It has become a noticeable trend recently that the producers are revealing cast members on a weekly basis, and we now have a new name for you!

Before today, we know that the anime will feature the voice talents of Saya Aizawa as protagonist Monica Everett, Hitomi Nabatame as Nero, Junichi Suwabe as Louis Miller, Atsumi Tanezaki as Isabelle Norton, Shōgo Sakata as Felix Arc Ridill, Kanna Nakamura as Lana Colette, and Yoshiki Nakajima as Cyril Ashley.

Now, we can confirm that the legendary voice actor Ryōhei Kimura will appear as Elliott Howard, the Serendia Academy student council’s secretary.

We would also like to stress out that Takaomi Kanasaki will serve as the chief director, and will also be writing and supervising the scripts, as well as serving as the sound director. Yasuo Iwamoto is directing the anime, while Studio Gokumi is producing it Cona Nitanda is the animation character designer, Cygames and Rina Tayama are in charge of the music, Yoshinori Iwanaga is in charge of the monster and prop design, and Eri Yamanashi and Yukiko Maruyama are the art directors.

Also, Saori Yoshida is credited for color setting, Kana Imagaki is the 3D CG director, Naoki Etō is the director of photography, and Kashiko Kimura is the editor.

As we have said above, the anime is premiering in July 2025.
