'Star Trek: Lore War' #1 Preview: Sisko to the Rescue

Star Trek is now a pillar of science-fiction. The TV series was a groundbreaking work that quickly became a phenomenon of pop culture that turned into a multimedia franchise. The popularity of the whole franchise is such that people simply love Star Trek and laud it as one of the best franchises of all time.

Among the works in the franchise are numerous comic books, and the upcoming Star Trek: Lore War series is going to be something very interesting, as many timelines and heroes will clash in this new series.

Star Trek: Lore War #1 from IDW Publishing, written by Christopher Cantwell, Jackson Lanzing, and Collin Kelly, with art by Davide Tinto is coming out on April 2, 2025 and we have the first preview images for you.

The official synopsis reveals the following: Lore War #1 shows us a universe rebuilt in Lore’s image. The crews of the Theseus and the Defiant scattered across the universe with no memory of who they once were — some even worship Lore as their God. Lore has won; his rule is absolute. But The Sisko remains, and there are forces who wish to remind him of his power.
