*Cyberpunk 2077* is an action role-playing game developed by CD Projekt Red and set in the futuristic dystopian city of Night City. Players control V, a mercenary who becomes connected to the digital consciousness of rockstar Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves, while trying to survive against powerful corporations and uncover a way to save their own life. Despite a troubled launch filled with technical issues, the game improved over time through updates, the *Phantom Liberty* expansion, and the success of the anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, which helped revive interest in the franchise. By 2025, *Cyberpunk 2077* had sold more than 35 million copies, and a sequel is currently in development.
