Morbius

Morbius the Living Vampire is a fictional character that appears in Marvel Comics. He was created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane and debuted in The Amazing Spider-Man (vol. 1) #101 in 1971.

Dr. Michael Morbius is a brilliant biochemist who becomes a vampire-like creature after attempting to cure his rare blood disease using a serum derived from bats. As a result, Morbius gains superhuman strength, speed, agility, and the ability to fly. He also has a powerful healing factor and is immune to most traditional vampire weaknesses, such as sunlight and holy symbols.

Morbius is often portrayed as an antihero or a tragic figure, struggling to come to terms with his monstrous nature and his insatiable thirst for blood. He has appeared in various comic book series, including his own solo series, and has also been a recurring character in Spider-Man storylines.
