Other Mommy is a supernatural horror film directed by Rob Savage and written by Nathan Elston, based on Josh Malerman’s 2024 novel *Incidents Around the House*. The movie stars Jessica Chastain, Jay Duplass, Dichen Lachman, Sean Kaufman, and Karen Allen, with James Wan producing through Atomic Monster alongside Blumhouse Productions and Spin a Black Yarn. The film is set to release in U.S. theaters on October 9, 2026, by Universal Pictures.
