Wonder Woman Lynda Carter to Be Honored at the 2025 Paley Honors Spring Gala

Lynda Carter has become an icon of American television; that is a fact. And although her prolific career has been marked by several major roles, she is best known for portraying Wonder Woman in the 1970s hit series, a role that she made immortal and a role that made her immortal.
And while Carter has appeared in several roles recently, including some recent DC cameos, she is now enjoying her legacy more than anything else. And a testament to that is the fact that she will be honored at the 2025 Paley Honors Spring Gala later this year.
As has been confirmed, Lynda Carter will be honored by the Paley Center for Media at the 2025 Paley Honors Spring Gala in light of the 50th anniversary of the Wonder Woman series, which premiered in 1975. But it’s not just an award celebrating the role, it is an honor celebrating Carter’s whole work, including her philanthropy and activism.
Maureen J. Reidy, President and CEO of The Paley Center for Media, said that “Lynda Carter’s iconic portrayal remains a timeless symbol of strength, courage, and empowerment.“
Alongside Carter, this year’s honorees include billionaire businessman Joe Tsai, media and sports entrepreneur Crystal McCraryl, and the ABC News morning program Good Morning America, which also marks its 50th anniversary this year.
