4 Transgender Talents Reportedly Cast in ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ in Important Roles

‘Daredevil: Born Again’ is the hottest upcoming MCU show. The show will finally merge Daredevil completely with the MCU and will serve kind of like a soft reboot of the character. The story is in large part unknown. We know that Murdock will be starting a new law firm, and will along the way cross paths with Wilson Fisk, as he is running for the mayor of New York.

The show has been through a lot over the course of development, including being almost completely scrapped at the point where more than half of the episodes were already filmed. The show took on a new direction following the resolution of the SAG-AFTRA strike with plenty of actors from Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ reprising their roles. Elden Henson’s Foggy and Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen are going to make a grand return to the show, as well as Bernthal’s Punisher. There were also some rumors going around recently that Élodie Yung’s Elektra was also spotted on set.

But among the reprising roles, there are also some new ones that are yet to be introduced and revealed in the show. According to Daniel Richtman, a notable insider and scooper, the studio cast 4 transgender talents into the upcoming ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ as they are going to play an important role in one of the episodes.

Since little is known about the plot of the show it remains to be seen what kind of roles they will play and how they are going to be connected to the larger storyline of the show. Since a single episode is mentioned, it’s likely that Matt will represent them in court as a part of some legal case. I guess we will have to wait and see.
