Holmes, 47, wore an oversized black blazer over a black top and a white satin skirt with a feathered hem. She added black pointed pumps and a bright orange-red leather tote, while Yarmosky, 39, kept things simple in a black knit sweater and dark trousers.

The couple’s story is relatively new. Romance rumors began in June, and they confirmed the buzz in July when they stepped out hand in hand at a screening of Olivia Wilde’s ‘The Invite’ in the Hamptons on July 10. E! News reported that the two posed together in front of the film’s poster.

Since then, they have appeared together several times.

The Paris appearance followed a report from a source close to Holmes. According to the Daily Mail, the source said she feels amazing with Yarmosky and would surely think about marrying him one day. Neither has publicly commented on that, so it should be read with caution.

Holmes has generally avoided public displays of her relationships. E! News noted that since her 2012 divorce from Tom Cruise, she has kept a low profile and dated only a handful of people publicly. Her last red carpet with a date was in 2022, when she attended the Tribeca premiere of her film ‘Alone Together’ with musician Bobby Wooten III.

Yarmosky is a painter and filmmaker whose work has been shown in galleries and museums around the world. The native New Yorker was born in 1987 and graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2010 with a BFA. His work centers on themes of aging, time and memory.

His style blends 17th and 18th century painting technique with contemporary imagery. Earlier this year, Guild Hall of East Hampton hosted his exhibition ‘Time Has Many Faces’ and screened his film ‘Dream of the Soft Look’. In May 2025, he also unveiled ‘Timeless Women in New York’, a public installation of five 7-foot portraits placed in storefront windows.

The art connection makes the fashion-week pairing feel natural. E! News described Holmes as an appreciator of the New York art scene, and the two share a visual sensibility. Their outfits at the Paris party underlined that, with clean lines and a black-and-white palette.

Holmes has long been a regular at Paris Fashion Week. She has attended shows for Chloé and Zimmermann, and she has spoken about her love for classic pieces and meaningful design. This time, her look combined a structured blazer with a playful feathered skirt.
