‘The Red King’ (2024– )

‘The Red King’ arrives on AMC+ on Thursday, September 25, 2025, following DS Grace Narayan as she’s reassigned to the remote island of St Jory and pulled into the cold case of missing teen Cai. Created and written by Toby Whithouse and produced by Quay Street Productions, the series stars Anjli Mohindra as Grace, with James Bamford, Lu Corfield, Marc Warren, Mark Lewis Jones, and Adjoa Andoh in key roles; episodes were directed by Daniel O’Hara and Lisa Clarke.
The series blends cult folklore with procedural investigation as Grace navigates a secretive community and its ties to a pagan sect known as the True Way. ‘Alice in Borderland’ (2020– )

Season 3 of ‘Alice in Borderland’ premieres on Netflix on Thursday, September 25, 2025, continuing the live-action adaptation of Haro Aso’s manga. Shinsuke Sato returns in the director’s chair, with Kento Yamazaki as Arisu and Tao Tsuchiya as Usagi leading a cast that also includes Hayato Isomura, Katsuya Maiguma, and Ayaka Miyoshi, alongside additional returning and new players.
