Blade to Make an Appearance in ‘Deadpool 3’, According to Rumors

Marvel Studious has quite a few movies and shows coming up in the next few phases, and certainly, the most anticipated project for hardcore fans and casual viewers alike is ‘Deadpool 3.’ We’ve covered plenty of crazy rumors so far both regarding the overall plot of the movie and cameos that might be in the movie, but today one rumor appeared in X that might be up to liking for fans of Marvel movies before they were under the umbrella of MCU.

According to Daniel Richtman, a reputable source of scoops and leaks on X, Blade, the most notable vampire hunter in the MCU, is set to make an appearance in the upcoming ‘Deadpool 3.’

This rumor is sort of plausible given the fact that ‘Deadpool 3’ will include Multiverse to a large extent, and so far, former X-Men villains and multiple variants of Wolverine and Deadpool are set to make an appearance in the movie. The movie will, after all, feature Deadpool messing with the timelines and will result in his full inclusion in the MCU.

The only thing that remains a mystery is whether Blade in the movie will be portrayed by Wesley Snipes or Mahershala Ali. Wesley Snipes is, after all, the only figure that most people associate with the character, as his brilliant portrayal is, in part, what was responsible for the success of the initial movie. Still, Mahershala Ali is set to appear in the Blade reboot movie set within the MCU, a project he is really passionate about and one that has had a troubled production so far, even being rumored as canceled a few weeks ago.

In any case, both actors have their pros and cons. Including Wesley Snipes would add to the nostalgia factor (something that seems to be even overplayed in recent times), and including Mahershala Ali would serve as a good opening for his standalone project in the MCU.
