‘Detective Comics’ #1097 Preview: A New Threat in Gotham

Batman is one of DC’s foremost superheroes, but the fact that he is also a great detective is often overlooked in his stories. But he is, in fact, the World’s Greatest Detective, and we all love a good detective story.

This is where the Detective Comics series comes in. This series, while dealing with Batman, is generally more grounded and explores the detective side of the Caped Crusader. A new issue is coming out soon and we have all the information!

Detective Comics #1097 is coming out on May 21, 2025 and DC Comics has luckily provided us with the first preview images, which we are going to show you in this report.
