Karen Page Allegedly Never Even Considered For Daredevil Born Again

One of the most talked-about upcoming Marvel projects is ‘Daredevil: Born Again.’ The show was recently called a soft reboot when compared to the Netflix production ‘Daredevil.’ And it makes sense, considering recent rumors that Matt is about to start a new law firm as he tries to leave his past behind.

We know that Charlie Cox is set to reprise his role as Daredevil, Vincent D’Onofrio will return as Kingpin, and Jon Bernthal is set to return as Punisher, but fans were also shocked to learn that Karen Page and Foggy, played by Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson respectively will not be reprising their roles, not only that but their characters won’t even be featured in the show. According to CWGST and Daredevil Updates on Twitter, Karen Page was never even considered for the upcoming “creative reboot”

This came as a shock because Karen was one of the most vital characters in Netflix’s Daredevil show and had a massive impact on the storyline, so it comes off as weird not to even think about including one of the three main characters in the reboot, no matter in which direction you want to take the story in. The closer we get to the ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ release, the more it seems like fans will have to deal with the fact that this upcoming MCU-based show won’t be the continuation that fans have been hoping for.

But if the recent developments are true, the story that we’ve been hearing rumors so far is also getting a major overhaul. We’ve recently covered the rumor that there will be some episodes in which Daredevil does not suit up at all, and apparently, the executives thought this concept was boring and decided to revamp the series once again, “honoring what was so good about the source material.”
