The very first episode of Season 2, which came out on February 23, has already reached 17 million people worldwide. That’s a 41% increase compared to the Season 1 premiere over the same period.

On its debut day alone, it drew 5.4 million viewers, a huge jump of 146% from the first season’s premiere, and the numbers have kept growing, tripling since then.

The show follows the Dutton family, with big stars Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren playing Jacob and Cara. They face a tough winter and enemies who want to destroy their ranch in Montana. At the same time, Spencer, played by Brandon Sklenar, is trying to get back home to help his family, while Alexandra, acted by Julia Schlaepfer, crosses the Atlantic to find him.

The cast also includes other well-known actors like Timothy Dalton, Jennifer Carpenter, and Jerome Flynn. Created by Taylor Sheridan, who also works on Yellowstone, the series keeps fans hooked with its intense story.

Paramount+ releases a new episode every Sunday, and there are eight episodes total in this season. So far, data from the first four episodes shows strong growth, with Episode 5 coming up on March 23. The company hasn’t shared exactly how they count a “viewer,” but the numbers still show a clear win for Season 2 compared to Season 1.
