‘Superman & Lois’: Season 3 Episode 7 Release Date & Preview
Superman & Lois is a spin-off of the popular series “Supergirl.” It follows the story of Clark Kent (Superman) and his wife, Lois Lane, as they navigate the challenges of parenthood while also fighting villains and protecting the world.
The show stars Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane. The couple moves back to Smallville, Kansas, with their two sons, Jonathan and Jordan, after the death of Clark’s mother. As they adjust to their new life in Smallville, they discover that the town is not quite as idyllic as they remember and that there are new threats that they must face together.
Superman & Lois Season 3, Episode 7 release date
Episode 7 of Superman & Lois Season 3 will air on Tuesday, May 2. The series will follow a weekly schedule and will air every Tuesday at the same time. The title of the fifth episode has been revealed to be “Head On.” The release schedule is as follows:

Superman & Lois Season 3, Episode 7 Preview
The biggest revelation of Episode 6 was the fact that Peia, Lois’ new friend, turned out to be the villainous Onomatopoeia responsible for the murder of ex-Mayor George Dean and the fatal attack on Henry Miller, otherwise known as Atom-Man. Peia is aware of who Lois Lane is, and she will probably use her new-found connection with her to further Manheim’s agenda and steer Lois in a different direction.
It was revealed that Green Kryptonite doesn’t have the same effect on Jordan as it has on Clark, which means that Clark is more comfortable letting Jordan deal with some dangers. In the following episodes, we’ll most likely see Jordan going on emergencies by himself. Manheim will likewise find a way to use Jordan against Clark.
In terms of normal human drama, now that Kyle and Chrissy are together, things will get a bit more tense in the Lang household, but I’m sure Chrissy and Lana will find a way to smooth things over.
Since Candice is now seemingly out of the picture due to her moving away, Sarah and Jonathan Kent will get closer together despite Jordan letting Jonathan know how he feels about her, leading to another discord between the two brothers.
