No matter how much of a flop the recently released ‘The Marvels’ has been, it did a favor to Ms. Marvel, further establishing her as a serious superhero in the greater MCU and setting up a new project, ‘The Young Avengers.’ A team of youngsters with amazing superpowers, of which Kamala will undoubtedly be a part.

Following Monica’s sacrifice and crossing over to a different Universe, we see Kamala on the way to recruit Kate Bishop, mentioning along the way Ant-Man’s daughter Cassie, who goes under the alias Stature in recent times.

And once again, despite ‘The Marvels’ losing an insane sum of money, according to rumors, ‘The Young Avengers’ project is still happening, and in her recent interview with The Direct, Iman Vellani offered us a glimpse of what the project could be about. When asked what Young Avengers exactly she is bound to recruit, Iman was straightforward, considering that there aren’t that many youngsters in the MCU, all the superheroes we can guess are probably true and will end up in Young Avengers.

She also expressed the desire to team up with Holland’s Spider-Man

I would love to see a team-up [with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man]. Their team-ups in the comics are honestly one of my favorites. So, that would be cool.

We do know that ‘Spider-Man 4’ is in development, however Tom Holland recently stated that he won’t be making another movie if it’s not worth his time, and if he doesn’t find the story to be compelling.

Next to nothing is known about the Young Avengers project except that it’s been in development and is set to be a live-action movie, according to some reports, instead of a Disney+ show. So far, the MCU has confirmed three members of the Young Avengers: Kate Bishop, Kamala Khan, and Cassie Lang. There’s also the question tied to when the movie might be released, as the interviewer pointed out that actors behind these teen heroes aren’t getting younger.
