Paramount+ (Streaming Service)

Paramount+ is a subscription-based streaming service owned by Paramount Skydance. It offers content from major libraries like CBS, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Showtime, and Paramount Pictures, along with original series, films, and live sports, including CBS local channel streaming in the U.S.

The service began in 2014 as CBS All Access, focusing on CBS programming, before expanding into original content in 2016. After the 2019 merger of CBS and Viacom, it added more major entertainment brands and was rebranded as Paramount+ in 2021.

Today, Paramount+ operates in multiple global markets and is one of the top streaming platforms worldwide, with tens of millions of paid subscribers.
