LEGO and Pokémon are joining forces again with a brand-new collection of sets that brings some of the franchise’s most famous characters into brick form. The LEGO Group and The Pokémon Company International have announced five new additions to the LEGO Pokémon lineup, including large display builds, new Pokémon figures, and the first-ever LEGO Pokémon Trainer minifigures.

The announcement, shared by the LEGO Group on July 7, introduces new sets featuring popular Pokémon such as Rayquaza, Arcanine, and Munchlax. The collection is designed for fans who enjoy both building and displaying their favorite Pokémon moments, expanding the partnership between the two major brands.

The biggest reveal from the announcement is the LEGO Pokémon Iconic Trainer Moments Poké Ball set. With more than 2,300 pieces, the massive build recreates a large Poké Ball that can open and close. Inside, fans will find different scenes inspired by the Pokémon world, including a battle scene and Professor Oak’s laboratory.

The set also marks a first for the LEGO Pokémon range by introducing Trainer minifigures. It includes Red, Professor Oak, and a Picnicker, along with LEGO versions of Pikachu and Eevee. The Poké Ball display set is priced at $299.99 and will be available on October 1, 2026.

Another major addition is LEGO Pokémon Rayquaza, which brings the Legendary Pokémon into LEGO form for the first time. The 1,083-piece set recreates Rayquaza’s powerful appearance and is inspired by the Sky Pillar location from Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. The set also includes an exclusive minifigure of Zinnia, a character known as a Lorekeeper in the Pokémon universe.

Fans of Fire-type Pokémon will also have a new display piece with LEGO Pokémon Arcanine. The 1,190-piece set captures the famous Kanto Pokémon with a detailed design, including its signature fur and strong pose. Like several other sets in the collection, it is aimed at adult builders and collectors.

The lineup also includes LEGO Pokémon Munchlax, a smaller but detailed build featuring the sleepy and food-loving Pokémon. The 757-piece set includes movable parts, allowing fans to adjust Munchlax’s arms and head while displaying the character with its favorite treats.

For collectors who want a larger character display, LEGO is also releasing the LEGO Pokémon Up-Scaled Red Minifigure. The 930-piece set transforms the classic Pokémon Trainer into a larger LEGO figure wearing Red’s famous outfit, complete with his hat, backpack, and Poké Ball. The figure includes movable arms, legs, and a rotating head.

Julia Goldin, Chief Marketing and Product Officer at the LEGO Group, said the company has been excited by the reaction to the LEGO Pokémon partnership so far. “We know fans are thrilled to see the LEGO Pokémon world continue to grow within our portfolio,” Goldin said. “Pokémon is such a beloved franchise with an incredibly passionate global community, and the response to our LEGO Pokémon sets so far has been extraordinary. We’re excited to keep delivering new and imaginative build experiences for fans of all ages and we can’t wait for them to enjoy what’s coming next.”
