It follows Harry Da Souza, played by Tom Hardy, a tough fixer who works for the powerful Harrigan crime family in London. The family is led by Conrad Harrigan (Pierce Brosnan) and Maeve Harrigan (Helen Mirren), with Kevin Harrigan (Paddy Considine) also playing a key role as both a family member and Harry’s longtime partner.
The story centers on rising tensions between the Harrigans and a rival gang, the Stevensons, as their conflict threatens to spiral into a full-scale criminal war. Harry is tasked with managing the chaos and protecting the Harrigan empire as the situation becomes increasingly dangerous.
The series premiered on March 30, 2025, and quickly became a major success for Paramount+, ranking second in viewership during its debut run. It was later renewed for a second season in June 2025.
