Peacock (Streaming service)

Peacock (also known as Peacock TV) is a U.S. streaming service owned by Comcast through NBCUniversal. It launched in July 2020 and offers TV shows, movies, original content, and sports coverage from NBCUniversal brands as well as third-party providers. The platform also serves as a key home for NBC Sports and Telemundo Deportes events, including live broadcasts and additional sports content. As of January 2026, Peacock had around 44 million paid subscribers and now mainly operates on paid plans after discontinuing its free tier for new users.
