‘The Mandalorian’ is a space Western TV series on Disney+ created by Jon Favreau, set in the Star Wars universe. It takes place five years after “Return of the Jedi” and follows the story of Din Djarin, a lone Mandalorian bounty hunter. Imperial remnant forces task him to capture the Force-sensitive child Grogu, but he decides to protect him instead. They’re pursued by Moff Gideon, who seeks to exploit Grogu’s Force abilities. As they journey to Mandalore, they aim to reunite Grogu with his kind and redeem Din Djarin for breaking Mandalorian customs.
