Avengers: Secret Wars (Film)

Marvel Studios announced Avengers: Secret Wars at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022, with Michael Waldron later hired to write the script. In July 2024, the Russo brothers were confirmed as directors and producers, with Stephen McFeely co-writing and Robert Downey Jr. cast as Doctor Doom. Filming is expected to begin in mid-2026 at Pinewood Studios in England and last about six months. The film is currently scheduled for release on December 17, 2027.
