Obsession (Film)

“Obsession” follows Bear, a lonely music store worker who uses a supernatural object called the “One Wish Willow” to make his childhood friend Nikki fall in love with him. At first the wish seems perfect, but Nikki’s feelings quickly turn dangerous as she becomes obsessive, unstable, and starts seeing terrifying things around her. Written, directed, and edited by Curry Barker, the horror film premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival and has already received strong reviews ahead of its May 2026 theatrical release.
